This hotel was an absolute nightmare! The walls were so thin that I could hear every little noise from the rooms next door. Not only was my toilet malfunctioning, but I also had to deal with a leaking shower head. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent to my complaints, making the whole experience even worse. I definitely expected better given the price I paid!

The staff was helpful, they offered free parking when I told 'em about my smashed window. The breakfast selection was decent, and we had everything we needed in the room.
